Gay's the Word in Marchmont Street in London has been trading through thick and thin since 1979 and has been an absolutely invaluable resource and refuge to gay to men and women throughout that time. We all know the precariousness of life for the independent bookshop at the moment. so even if you can't make it to Gay's the Word please be aware that if you are looking to buy any of CJB's three titles with ISBN numbers, you should be able to order them through your local independent bookstore (or indeed pick them off the shelf at Gay's the Word).
